General
All stock is quality checked before dispatch. The customer is responsible for inspecting plants on the day of delivery or pick up and advising us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving the plants.
Pot sizes are clearly stated however the plant size may vary according to the plant variety and availability.
Our responsibility for the plants ceases once they are dispatched to the customer.
All prices including plants, packaging, labels, freight and delivery are inclusive of 10% GST.
Stock Availability
If the number of plants you require are not showing available in the store please contact us directly via email at pineleighplants@optusnet.com.au to place your order. For contract growing enquiries please submit your contact details and message with plants required via the Contact Us section on our website. Minimum quantities apply when sourcing plants and stock is subject to availability.
Packaging
When ordering customers can select to have the plants supplied in carry trays 20 x 100mm pots or 12 x 140mm pots per tray. These trays will be charged at $2 per tray.
Labelling
Standard labelling is one tag per plant variety.
Delivery Options & Orders
Orders can be picked up by appointment from our dispatch nursery located at Exeter, NSW or delivery can be arranged within the local area.
Delivery Charges
Orders under $500 pick up only
Orders over $500 within 30km of Exeter $45
Orders over $1000 within 30km of Exeter delivery is free
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept payment via direct deposit into our bank account. Please ensure you use your full name in the reference field of your payment so we can identify you and your order is complete with all required information entered before you check out. Your order cannot be cancelled after check out. Prices are listed in Australian dollars.

Returns and Replacements
Please select your plants carefully as we are not able to accept returned plants.
